HAC 10.22 Fairy Flag Day (N.T. Region)
Established in 1963, HAC purports to serve the community with a mission - Cherish our Children, Cultivate our Community. Named after one of the greatest fairy tales’ authors, Hans Andersen Club serves underprivileged children and their families regardless of nationality and religion. By providing creative storytelling activities, resources and trainings in schools, HAC helps children to enjoy reading so as to adapt to the knowledge-based society and cultivates parent-child relationships. In the previous year under the pandemic, we served more than 50 thousand beneficiaries.
The flag day of Hans Andersen Club will be held on 22 October 2022 in the New Territories. Due to lack of resources, we hope to raise funds by holding a flag day so as to provide sustainable storytelling service to needy children in Hong Kong.
Date: 22 October 2022 (Saturday)
Location: New Territories
Time: 7 am - 12:30 pm
Children aged under 14 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to sell flags.
